Based in Margate Old Town, the Margate Gallery showcases a wide range of artists and makers. We work with professional local, national and international artists bringing you the United Kingdom’s finest emerging talent.
We are situated in the Old Town Margate, a three minute walk from Turner Contemporary, The Harbour Arm, and Tourist Information at Droit House. The Old Town hosts a fabulous mix of galleries, shops and artist studios, as well as a wide range of cafes, restaurants and bars.

Town Mayor opens new gallery space

Margate Town Mayor Iris Johnson has officially opened the Margate Gallery’s extended gallery space, on 27 January 2012.
