Georgina Peonides
Georgina Peonides is the Director and Owner of Gigi Peoni jewellery collections. Born in the sea side town of Margate, Kent, Georgina, at the young age of seventeen decided to venture into the city of London, where she worked in the big fashion stores and perfumeries. At the age of twenty-one Georgina was head-hunted for Chanel and went onto work in their brand new flagship boutique in Knightsbridge. Georgina worked at Chanel for fifteen years building professional relationships with high society clientele. In her late thirties she moved back to her home town in Kent due to family commitments where she continued to work within a creative and fashion design environment, including business in interior design and accessories. Georgina draws inspiration from Coco Chanel and Karl Lagerfeld the man that brought to life Chanel’s designs all through out the 80’s, 90’s and 2000’s. Using only the finest quality of semi precious gem stones that are sourced from all over the world, Georgina with her imagination, flare and style, has created something quite extraordinary.
